Round validates the company's SimReady data technology for physical AI training simulation
KDB led the round, with returning investors Naver D2SF, IMM Investment, and Capstone Partners, joined by new investors NH Venture Investment, OurCrowd, and Stonebridge
Funding to accelerate R&D and global hiring as the company scales internationally
SEOUL, South Korea, Aug. 11, 2026 — N.dot.light, a physical AI data company led by CEO Jinyoung Park, today announced it has raised KRW 15 billion (approximately $10.6 million) in a new funding round.
The round was led by KDB (Korea Development Bank), with participation from returning investors Naver D2SF, IMM Investment, and Capstone Partners. NH Venture Investment, OurCrowd, and Stonebridge joined as new investors. This marks Naver D2SF's third consecutive investment in the company, following its pre-Series A round in 2021 and Series A round in 2022.
Training a robot requires massive volumes of data, and physical data collection methods such as teleoperation and motion capture have long been a bottleneck, hampered by inconsistent data quality, high collection costs, and slow throughput.
N.dot.light addresses this with TRINIX, its proprietary SimReady (Simulation-Ready) 3D asset generation solution. TRINIX automatically generates high-precision 3D assets, complete with physical properties such as mass and friction, joint structures, and collision data, that are ready for immediate use in simulation and digital twin environments. The platform integrates with NVIDIA Omniverse to generate and evaluate large volumes of high-quality synthetic 3D data, closing the sim-to-real gap and removing a key bottleneck in robot learning.
"The physical AI era will be defined by how efficiently companies can secure high-quality data that is immediately usable for training in simulation environments," said Jinyoung Park, CEO of N.dot.light. "With this investment, we will aggressively expand hiring across every function and grow into the trusted, category-defining physical AI data infrastructure company for global industry."
N.dot.light supplies core physical AI data to enterprise partners including Hyundai Motor and LG Electronics, and provides training data to humanoid robot and robot foundation model companies such as Holiday Robotics, A Robot, and RealWorld. In May, the company was named a Physical AI Ecosystem Partner in NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang's keynote at NVIDIA GTC Taiwan, recognition of its SimReady 3D asset generation technology within the global AI ecosystem.
N.dot.light will use the new funding to advance its generative CAD engine and physical properties database, expand integration with NVIDIA Isaac Sim and Omniverse workflows, and accelerate international expansion through active hiring across all functions.
