NdotLight will introduce a data pipeline at Cisco Connect 2026 Korea that transforms existing industrial 3D CAD data into assets suitable for Physical AI training. Presenting the complete path from legacy CAD to Physical AI assets at a global enterprise-technology event shows that NdotLight is addressing a concrete data bottleneck in industrial adoption.

Developed under the vision “Making everything SimReady,” the pipeline automatically converts legacy CAD assets for immediate use in robot simulation and digital-twin environments. By generating synthetic data from design assets that companies already own, it is designed to reduce the time and cost required to secure large-scale robot training datasets.

NdotLight combines precise 3D structures with physical properties to narrow the Sim-to-Real Gap between simulated and real environments. The company will continue improving data quality, standardization, and environment-specific calibration to support enterprise adoption of Physical AI.
