NdotLight Proposes a New 3D Data Standard for the Physical AI Era with TRINIX

NdotLight is addressing both design automation and Physical AI training data with TRINIX, its proprietary 3D CAD engine. TRINIX can turn a text description into precise CAD data and convert existing CAD assets into SimReady data for physics-based simulation. Its ability to represent dimensions, internal structures, joints, and physical properties—not merely surface appearance—is the core differentiator positioning NdotLight to help shape a global 3D data standard for Physical AI.

CEO Jinyoung Park's experience spans design, software development, Samsung's Galaxy S program, and service strategy at Daum. She later began developing an in-house 3D engine with CTO Suntae Kim, an expert in 3D graphics and AI, completing the core technology behind TRINIX in 2018. Their goal was to reduce the accessibility barrier of complex and expensive 3D tools without sacrificing industrial precision.

Physical AI requires more than mesh data that represents an object's appearance. For robots to manipulate an object reliably, the data must define dimensions, internal structures, joints, ranges of motion, mass, friction, and other physical properties. NdotLight structures this information at the data level to help manufacturers and robotics companies narrow the gap between simulation and the real world.

NdotLight aims to establish Text-to-CAD and SimReady conversion as common infrastructure for global industry. The company will continue expanding its technology and partnerships so robotics manufacturers and 3D creators can build on a consistent, simulation-ready data structure.
