NdotLight has signed a memorandum of understanding with deep-learning machine-vision company AiV to support manufacturing digital transformation and AI-based industrial automation. The combination of proprietary 3D generation and industrial machine vision expands NdotLight's role as a core technology partner addressing data scarcity and improving automated inspection and robotics.

The companies will pursue a proof of concept combining NdotLight's TRINIX 3D data-generation technology with AiV's machine-vision and industrial MLOps capabilities. Their work will use high-quality synthetic data to improve inspection and robotics solutions while jointly optimizing data integration and preprocessing for AI training.

They will also explore integration with NVIDIA Omniverse and the Cosmos World Foundation Model to advance intelligent manufacturing environments and automation simulation. A related technology roadmap is scheduled to be introduced at NVIDIA GTC 2025.

NdotLight and AiV will combine their 3D AI and machine-vision expertise to develop commercial solutions that improve productivity and quality for manufacturers.
