N.Light Teams Up With NVIDIA to Scale Sim-Ready Data for Physical AI

3D artificial intelligence (AI) technology company NdotLight, led by CEO Park Jin-young, is accelerating its entry into the global Physical AI market by partnering with NVIDIA.

On the 8th, NdotLight held meetings in Seoul with NVIDIA and other domestic and international robotics and AI innovators to discuss ways to expand Physical AI data infrastructure. The company also announced plans to expand its supply chain into the global manufacturing and robotics sectors, leveraging its TRINIX solution, a Sim-Ready data infrastructure platform.

A key feature of TRINIX is its integration with NVIDIA Omniverse and NVIDIA Isaac Sim. The solution automatically generates and converts text, images, and existing 3D CAD data into Sim-Ready assets for simulation.

Rather than simply rendering visual 3D models, TRINIX incorporates essential information required for simulation, including physical properties and joint structures. This enables real-world manufacturing facilities, robots, components, and work environments to be rapidly transformed into high-quality assets optimized for digital twins and robot training.

In particular, TRINIX connects with NVIDIA Omniverse’s OpenUSD-based 3D workflows and NVIDIA Isaac Sim’s robotics simulation capabilities through connectors. Manufacturers can leverage their existing data to build virtual factory environments and train, validate, and optimize robot operations in virtual spaces before actual deployment.

The company explained, “Through this pipeline, we can dramatically reduce the ‘Sim-to-Real gap’ that industrial sites face during the transition to automation.”

Meanwhile, NdotLight continues to advance its technological capabilities as a global partner of NVIDIA. As an NVIDIA Inception partner, NdotLight showcased its TRINIX-based Sim-Ready 3D pipeline during NVIDIA GTC Taipei on the 1st.

The company is currently collaborating with major domestic manufacturing enterprises to build factory digital twins and robot training simulation environments. Using these projects as a stepping stone, NdotLight plans to expand its supply network into manufacturing markets across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, including Taiwan and Japan, as well as throughout the United States.
